Advent Sermon Series: “The Christmas Branch” – Each Sunday during Advent we will be exploring the prophecies in the Old Testament about the coming “Branch” who would bring salvation to the world.
- December 3 – Isaiah 4:2-6
- December 10 – Isaiah 11-12
- December 17 – Jeremiah 23:1-8
- December 24 – Jeremiah 33:14-26
Ladies’ Christmas Soup Luncheon: December 12th at 11:30AM – All women of Highview are invited to attend the ladies’ Christmas soup luncheon. Lunch will be followed by singing Christmas carols and a devotion. A sign-up will be available in the narthex.
Youth Christmas Gathering: December 17th at 11:30AM – Children and youth of all ages are invited to stay after worship for a fun time of food, Christmas treats, and a Christmas movie in the fellowship hall.
Christmas Eve Worship: December 24th at 5:00PM – On the evening of December 24 we will have a special worship service to celebrate the birth of Christ. The service will feature Christmas carols, special music from the Highview choir, and a Christmas message from God’s word.
